LTC3894EFE#PBF Overview
In the 20-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width), 16 Leads, Exposed Pad package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. There is a Bulk solid enclosure around the pmic. With this function, you can deal with Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). DC control operates at 4.5V~150V volts and has 4.5V~150V supply voltage. Suitable for working in an dc switcher that has a -40°C~125°C TJ. It can switch at 50kHz~850kHz. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. To provide efficient switching control, Current Limit, Enable, Frequency Control, Power Good, Soft Start is included in the dcdc regulator.
