In the 40-WFQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. It is sufficient to generate 2 outputs with this dc motor controller. An enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package the PMIC. With Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s), it is able to handle it. 4.5V~38V is the operating voltage and supply voltage of the dc control. Work well in dc switchers with a -40°C~125°C TJ. The switching controller can be switched at 250kHz~720kHz. dc dc regulators can be carried out with Surface Mount. For efficient switching control, the dcdc regulator features Current Limit, Enable, Frequency Control, Phase Control, Power Good, Soft Start, Tracking.
