Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the 16-TFSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) Exposed Pad, 12 Leads package. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. There are output pins on this DC DC switching regulator that generate Adjustable output. Switching regulators like this one can be mounted on the Surface Mount mounting system. Keeping dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature at -40°C~125°C TJ is essential when operating. Regulator 4V can operate with dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage 4V.
