optimized performance is achieved by utilizing the Tube package in this voltage regulator. During the development of this harley voltage regulator, 28 terminations were made. There is one type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with, and that is the SWITCHING REGULATOR type. In order to save space, this harley voltage regulator is available in the 28-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package. There are 2 outputs configured on the voltage regulator. There are output pins on this DC DC switching regulator that generate Adjustable output. This switching regulator is designed to fit the Surface Mount mounting system. In order for it to operate properly, dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature should be at -40°C~125°C TJ. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 500kHz~4MHz. A dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 3.6V is required for this voltage regulator to operate. DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) amounts to 0.6V. The output current of 3A makes dc to dc voltage regulator feature maximum design flexibility. The maximum input voltage of this voltage regulator 12v is 15V. As a result of the 235 peak reflow temperature, this regulator is essentially indestructible. To meet the switching regulator operation requirements, a nominal input voltage of 12V is provided. At 3.3V volts, voltage regulator can provide voltage. The maximal output voltage of 14.7V allows DC DC switching regulator to be operated easily.
