LTC3623EUDD Overview
optimized performance is achieved by utilizing the Tube package in this voltage regulator. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a 24-WFQFN Exposed Pad package. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. As long as its operating temperature is -40°C~125°C TJ, dc to dc voltage regulator should perform well. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 400kHz~4MHz.
