A Tube package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. A voltage regulator consists of 10 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. The space-saving 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) Exposed Pad package is available for this voltage regulator. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Programmable output. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. Operating at -40°C~125°C TJ is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2.7V. The output voltage of this voltage regulator (Min/Fixed) amounts to 2.8V 3V 3.3V 5V volts. As a result of the 50mA output current, voltage regulator offers maximum flexibility in design. 20V volts is DC DC switching regulator's maximum input voltage. A regulator voltage's peak reflow temperature amounts to NOT SPECIFIED being indestructible. The voltage regulator 12v is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 5.5V for operation.
