LTC3374EFE#TRPBF Overview
A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. A voltage regulator consists of 38 terminations. There is a SWITCHING REGULATOR type analog IC in this voltage regulator 12v that is used to convey analog signals. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a 38-TFSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package. 8 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Surface Mount mounting. Keeping dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature at -40°C~150°C TJ is essential when operating. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 2MHz. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 2.7V as an input voltage. DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) amounts to 0.8V.
