LTC3315AEV#TRPBF Overview
A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 12-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. There are 2 outputs configured on the voltage regulator. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Fixed output generated. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. In order for it to operate properly, dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature should be at -40°C~125°C TJ. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 1MHz~3MHz. Input voltage 2.25V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators. The adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is 0.5V. The output current of 2A makes dc to dc voltage regulator feature maximum design flexibility. There is a voltage regulator maximum input voltage of 5.5V.
