LTC3265MPFE#TRPBF Overview
As a result of the use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package, the performance of this voltage regulator is optimized. In order to save space, this harley voltage regulator is available in the 20-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package. There are 2 outputs configured on the voltage regulator. Adjusting voltage regulator's output pins generate Fixed output. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. As long as its operating temperature is -55°C~150°C TJ, dc to dc voltage regulator should perform well. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 50kHz~500kHz. Input voltage 4.5V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators. As a result, the output voltage of the voltage regulator 12v (Min/Fixed) is -Vin 2Vin. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 100mA output current of voltage regulator. Voltage regulators' input voltage is limited to 32V. DC/DC regulators such as this one belong to the LTC3265 family of products.
