LTC3240EDC-2.5#TRMPBF Overview
It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package. As you can see, this harley voltage regulator contains 6 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHED CAPACITOR REGULATOR-type IC. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the 6-WFDFN Exposed Pad package. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Fixed output. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Surface Mount mounting. Operating at -40°C~85°C TA is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. A DC-DC switching regulator of this type operates at a switching frequency of 1.2MHz. Regulator 1.8V can operate with dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage 1.8V. The output voltage (Min/Fixed) of this voltage regulator 12v is 2.5V. As a result of the 150mA output current, voltage regulator offers maximum flexibility in design. As far as the voltage input is concerned, DC DC switching regulator can accept up to 5.5V. The peak reflow temperature of this regulator amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. In order to meet the operation requirements,voltage regulator is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 2.4V. In this case, the DC/DC regulator belongs to the family LTC3240.
