LTC3119IFE Overview
Using the Tube package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a 28-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package. The voltage regulator is configured with 1 outputs. Adjusting voltage regulator's output pins generate Adjustable output. Switching regulators like this one can be mounted on the Surface Mount mounting system. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~125°C TA. 400kHz~2MHz is the switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator. The voltage regulator can operate with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2.5V. The output voltage (Min/Fixed) of this voltage regulator 12v is 0.8V. This voltage regulator 12v offers maximum design flexibility with an output current of 5A. The maximum input voltage of voltage regulator is 18V.
