LTC3119HFE Overview
A Tube package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. In order to save space, this harley voltage regulator is available in the 28-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. Adjustable outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. This switching regulator is designed to fit the Surface Mount mounting system. This voltage regulator 12v should operate at a temperature of -40°C~150°C TA when operating. There is a switching frequency of 400kHz~2MHz for this voltage regulator 12v. This voltage regulator is able to operate with the minimal input voltage of 2.5V. The output voltage of this voltage regulator (Min/Fixed) amounts to 0.8V volts. The output current of 5A makes dc to dc voltage regulator feature maximum design flexibility. Voltage regulator's input voltage can reach 18V.
