LTC2964IUDC#TRPBF Overview
This power ic is packaged in a way that looks like a Tape & Reel (TR). As a reference, this IC power includes 20-WFQFN Exposed Pad functions for your convenience. There are a number of benefits that this PMIC has in common with other Multi-Voltage Supervisor manage ics. A supply voltage of 4 is used to conduct the PMIC chip. Power management' mounting is recommended to be done with the Surface Mount type of mounting. Temperature setting for the supervisors should be -40°C~85°C TA. During normal operation, this power managment ic can generate Open-Drain or Push-Pull of output voltage.
