LTC2964IUDC#PBF Overview
Power management is packaged in a Tube way. As a reference, this IC power includes 20-WFQFN Exposed Pad functions for your convenience. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Multi-Voltage Supervisor products. A supply voltage of 4 is used to conduct the PMIC chip. Power management' mounting is recommended to be done with the Surface Mount type of mounting. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~85°C TA. During normal operation, this power managment ic can generate Open-Drain or Push-Pull of output voltage.
