LTC2963IUDC-1#PBF Overview
There is a Tube-packaging method applied to IC management. For your reference, this PMIC includes a list of 20-WFQFN Exposed Pad functions. There are a lot of similarities between this IC power and other Multi-Voltage Supervisor products. In a 4 supply voltage, the PMIC chip conducts. Surface Mount mounting is recommended. We recommend setting the supervisors to -40°C~85°C TA degrees. While this power management is operating, it will output Open-Drain or Push-Pull as the output voltage.
