LTC2963CUDC-1#PBF Overview
Packaged in a Tube-shape, IC management comes with a number of features. IC management is packaged as a 20-WFQFN Exposed Pad package. There are many benefits that this IC power shares with other Multi-Voltage Supervisor products as well. There is a voltage supply of 4 for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. Surface Mount mounting is recommended. Temperature setting for the supervisors should be 0°C~70°C TA. While this power management is operating, it will output Open-Drain or Push-Pull as the output voltage.
