LTC2947IUHF-65#TRPBF Overview
Tape & Reel (TR)-packaged. A package called 38-PowerWFQFN. A Single Phase meter can be used with it as well. Currently available in Surface Mount. The operational temperature at -40°C~85°C TA has been increased. It operates using 4.75V~15V power supply. Check out LTC2947 for more similar parts. The PMIC comes equipped with low-level I/O ports that have a voltage of 0.4V. In other words, it is a 6mA device.
