LTC2946CDE-1#PBF Overview
I have packed this in Tube. There is a package called 16-WFDFN Exposed Pad. In addition, it can be used as a Single Phase meter as well. There is an option for Surface Mount. 0°C~70°C's operational temperature is extended. The unit is powered by a 2.7V~100V power supply. You can find more similar parts by searching LTC2946. The part includes 16 terminations. A powerful PMIC analog POWER SUPPLY SUPPORT CIRCUIT IC. The normal voltage required for the part is 48V. This device may not be able to operate without a voltage of 4V or higher. It is recommended to keep the maximum voltage to the device below 100V. It has 16 pins jointed. Logic gate applications are addressed by this 16 solution. Easy installation and dismounting are assured by its design as a Surface Mount device. PMICs are advised to be set to 900μA in order to keep them working normally. This logic device has implemented 3 channels.
