LTC2902-2CGN#TRPBF Overview
Power management is mounted through 16 terminals. There is a Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging method applied to IC management. Please find attached 1 functions for your reference in this IC power. There are a total of 4 channels on this supervisor, and they are arranged in a series. There are 16-SSOP (0.154, 3.90mm Width) functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. This IC power shares lots of benefits with other Multi-Voltage Supervisor products. As specified in the package specification, the peak reflow temperature of the package is set at 250. In a 5V supply voltage, the power management conducts. When a supply voltage of 4 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. In total, the power management has 16 pins in it. In this case, Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. We recommend setting the supervisors to 0°C~70°C TA degrees. While this power management is operating, it will output Push-Pull, Totem Pole as the output voltage. You can always use LTC2902, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer.
