LTC2654IUF-L12#PBF Overview
There are two packages that contain it: 20-WFQFN Exposed Pad package and X package. It is powered from a supply voltage of 3V. The Other Converters family of FPGAs includes this part. This FPGA module can be attached to the development board with a Surface Mount. Operating temperatures should be maintained within the -40°C~85°C range at all times when the unit is in use.
