Packaged in a SOT-23-6 Thin, TSOT-23-6 case, the buffer op amp is ready to use. A Chopper (Zero-Drift)-type buffer amplifier is shown here. Instrumentation amplifier is delivered in a Cut Tape (CT) case. It is estimated that there will be 6 terminations in the next few months. There are a total of 6 pins on this op amp.
