LTC1517ES5-5#TRMPBF Overview
As a result of the use of the Cut Tape (CT) package, the performance of this voltage regulator is optimized. Throughout this voltage regulator, there are 5 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHED CAPACITOR CONVERTER ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the SOT-23-5 Thin, TSOT-23-5 package. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 1 outputs. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Fixed output. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~85°C TA. A DC-DC switching regulator of this type operates at a switching frequency of 800kHz. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2.7V. With its peak reflow temperature of 250, this voltage regulator is essentially indestructible. Voltage regulator is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 3V to meet the operation requirements. In this case, the DC/DC regulator belongs to the family LTC1517. Voltage of voltage regulator can be delivered at 5V volts. The switching regulator operation of the system is controlled by 5 pins. In order for this switching regulator to work properly, the output voltage should be at least 5VV. To meet its operating requirements, dc to dc voltage regulator can deliver a maximum output current of 20mA A. The DC-DC switching regulator runs on a 6μA supply current.
