LT8650SPJV#PBF Product Details

LT8650SPJV#PBF Overview

In order to save space, this harley voltage regulator is available in the 32-TFQFN Exposed Pad package. There are 2 outputs configured on the voltage regulator. Adjusting voltage regulator's output pins generate Fixed output. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Surface Mount mounting. -40°C~125°C TJ should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 300kHz~3MHz. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 3V as an input voltage. According to the table below, DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 3.3V 5V. As a result of the 4A output current, voltage regulator offers maximum flexibility in design. There is a voltage regulator maximum input voltage of 42V.
