LT8640EUDC#PBF Description
LT8640EUDC#PBF developed by Linear Technology/Analog Devices is a type of step-down regulator with an ultralow 2.5µA quiescent current that enables applications where the highest efficiency at very small load currents is required. The Silent Switcher architecture is used to minimize EMI emissions while delivering high efficiency at frequencies up to 3MHz. It allows high VIN to low VOUT conversion at high frequency with a fast minimum top switch on time of 30ns.
