This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tube package for optimized performance. This harley voltage regulator is available in the 28-WFQFN Exposed Pad package for the purpose of space saving. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. Adjusting voltage regulator's output pins generate Adjustable output. A voltage regulator 12v such as this one fits the Surface Mount mounting bracket. As long as its operating temperature is -40°C~150°C TJ, dc to dc voltage regulator should perform well. A DC-DC switching regulator of this type operates at a switching frequency of 200kHz~2.2MHz. Voltage regulators like this one can operate at least with 3.4V as the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage. The output voltage (Min/Fixed) of this voltage regulator 12v is 0.97V.
