As a result of 40-WFQFN Exposed Pad compact design, the switching controller is compatible with most applications. There is enough capacity in the dc motor controller to generate the output for the 4 input. Packaged in solid enclosures, this pmic has a Tape & Reel (TR) rating. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. A 3V~42V voltage is supplied to the dc control and used for operating it. Suitable for work in a -40°C~150°C TJ dc switcher. The switching controller can be switched at 250kHz~2.2MHz. Switching control is made easier with the dcdc regulator's Current Limit, Power Good, Soft Start.
