LT8365HMSE#PBF Overview
The switching controller fits in the 16-TFSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) Exposed Pad, 12 Leads package and is ideal for most applications. dc motor controller is suitable for 1 output generation. There are Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s) that it can handle. A 2.8V~60V voltage is supplied to the dc control and used for operating it. Suitable for work in a -40°C~150°C TJ dc switcher. With this switching controller, you can switch at 100kHz~500kHz. The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator. Featured in the dcdc regulator is Enable which allows efficient switching control.
