LT8316IFE#PBF Overview
With a 20-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width), 16 Leads, Exposed Pad package, the switching controller is suitable for a wide range of applications. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. The pmic is packaged in Tube solid enclosure. A total of Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs can be handled by it. dc control's supply and operating voltages are 16V~600V. Workable in an dc switcher where -40°C~125°C TJ is the -40°C~125°C TJrm. The switching controller can be switched at 220Hz~140kHz. The dcdc regulator features Current Limit, Enable, Soft Start for efficient switching control.
