The linear amplifier is packaged in a 16-WFDFN Exposed Pad case which makes it easy for the consumer to handle. Buffer amps of this type are called General Purpose-types. A Tape & Reel (TR) case is used for delivering the op amp. The number of terminations approaches 16. In this case, there are 16 pins on the board.
