As part of the Tape & Reel (TR) package, PoE controller is embedded.It is packaged in the way of 10-WFDFN Exposed Pad.PoE controller type Controller (PD).A strong/weak channel growth trend has been observed: 1.Reliability is ensured by operating PoE at -40°C~125°C TJ.A 60V voltage is used to supply power to this electrical Po E controller.There is a maximum power of 90W Watts that can be generated by this electrical ethernet over power controller.The supply current amounts to 2mA.
