LT3744IUHE#PBF Description
LT3744IUHE#PBF developed by Linear Technology/Analog Devices is a type of high-current synchronous step-down LED driver. designed to drive a LED load at up to 20A continuous 40A pulsed. It is available in the thermally enhanced 5mm × 6mm QFN 36-lead package to meet the space board requirements. With an external resistor on the RT pin, the switching frequency is programmable from 100kHz to 1MHz. ±3% LEDcurrentregulationover a wide output voltage range, from VEE to VIN can be maintained through the peak current mode controller.
