LT3641IFE Overview


It uses the Tube package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. There are 28 terminations in this harley voltage regulator. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: DUAL SWITCHING CONTROLLER ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. Space-saving 28-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad packages are available for this harley voltage regulator. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 2 outputs. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. -40°C~125°C TJ should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 500kHz~2MHz. The voltage regulator can operate with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2.5V. According to the table below, DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.6V 1.265V. Featuring a maximum design flexibility of 1.3A 1.1A, dc to dc voltage regulator has a maximum output current of 1.3A 1.1A.
