As a result of the use of the Tube package, the performance of this voltage regulator is optimized. As you can see, this harley voltage regulator contains 10 terminations. This voltage regulator 12v should operate at a temperature of -40°C~125°C TJ when operating. 300kHz~2.8MHz is the switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator. A dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 3.6V is required for this voltage regulator to operate. The output voltage of this voltage regulator (Min/Fixed) amounts to 1.265V volts.
