A handy TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 package is used.Uses the handy Series package.The handy Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this program.Various functions terminate at 3.Voltage reference with ±0.2% tolerance.The reference voltage is coupled with an analog IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.According to the test statistics, it produces 3V voltage.In this case, it is sufficient to generate 1 outputs.The user can enter input on the Fixed form.There are 3 pins on the voltage reference ic.The temperature should be kept below 260 during the reflow soldering procedure.For PCB designs requiring high performance, Surface Mount is available.I am qualified to work within 0°C~70°C TA.Search "LT1460" for other relevant parts.Applications with 40mA input are suitable for the reference voltage.The supply voltage must be 5.5V.To supply it, a voltage of 3.9V is required.In most cases, the voltage reference ic can provide a voltage input of 3.9V~20V.There is a fixed/minimum voltage of 3V.During operation, it uses a current of 220μA as its supply current.3.006V is the highest voltage output from the voltage reference ic.
