LT1268BCQ#TRPBF Overview
It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package. A voltage regulator consists of 5 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the TO-263-6, D2Pak (5 Leads + Tab), TO-263BA package. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Adjustable output generated. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. When operating, adjusting voltage regulator's operating temperature should be kept at 0°C~125°C TJ. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches 150kHz. There is no dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage requirement for this regulator. The output voltage (Min/Fixed) of this voltage regulator 12v is 1.244V. This voltage regulator 12v features maximum design flexibility thanks to its 7.5A Switch output current. Voltage regulator's input voltage can reach 30V. This voltage regulator's peak reflow temperature is so high as to make it virtually indestructible. An input voltage of 15V is required to meet the requirements of the switching regulator operation. DC/DC regulators of this type are part of the LT1268 family of voltage regulator 12vs. A voltage of 1.244V volts can be generated by DC DC switching regulator. The maximal output voltage of 60V Switch allows adjusting voltage regulator for simple operation.
