8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) is used to simplify the process.Based on the Series, Buried Zener control, this part serves as a voltage reference.A Tape & Reel (TR) external package encloses the voltage reference ic.Different functions are terminated with 8.The voltage reference should have ±0.1% tolerance.IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled with the reference voltage.Test statistics determine the output voltage 5V.Having 1 outputs is sufficient.Users can enter input using the Fixed form.The voltage reference ic has 8 pins.During reflow soldering, the temperature shouldn't rise above 260.For PCB designs with high demands, Surface Mount is available.Working within the range of 0°C~70°C TA.LT1236 can be used to find other relevant parts.It can be used with 10mA inputs.A voltage reference ic is usually capable of supplying a 7.2V~40V voltage input.It generates a fixed voltage of 5V.It operates on a supply current of 1.5mA for its operation.It is tested at 5.005V to see what voltage is produced by the voltage reference circuit.
