LT1121AIS8-5#PBF Description
LT1121AIS8-5#PBF developed by Linear Technology/Analog Devices is a type of micropower low dropout regulators with shutdown. The lowquiescent current, 30µA operating and 16µA in shutdown, makes it well suited for battery-powered systems. It does not rise in dropout, which is the same with many other low dropout PNP regulators. Manufacturability can be enhanced by using small ceramic capacitors. And the input may be connected to ground or a reverse voltage without reverse current flow from output to input. All these make it well-suited for backup power situations where the output is held high and the input is at ground or reversed.
