In order to save space on the board, 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) packages are used.Telecommunications equipment is packed using the Tube method.Telecommunications equipment is mounted with type Surface Mount.The telecom IC is composed of 1 circuits.When the voltage for 2.7V~5.5V is provided, improved efficiency can be achieved.Using -40°C~85°C as the operating temperature can result in reliable performance.A Surface Mount-axis mount is used.Telecom interfaces contain 20 pins.The current supply is 15mA.The supply current of 15mA allows designers to have a great deal of flexibility.To ensure normal operation, -40°C must be set at a minimum value.A maximum value of 85°C is set to ensure normal operation.You should supply at least 2.7V volts.Telecommunications device is recommended to supply a voltage lower than 5.5V.
