IXDN604SITR Overview
In order to increase flexibility, the package 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad is used.Gate drivers is packaged in the way of Tape & Reel (TR).A total of 2 drivers are integrated into its configuration.Surface Mount is the way in which it is mounted.When the supply voltage is 4.5V~35V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.There is a gate type of IGBT, N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET in this design.The allowable temperature range that this device can be operated in is -40°C~125°C TA.Non-Inverting is used as its input type.Mosfet driver is mounted using Surface Mount.At the time of design, it is configured with 8 pins.In the maximum case, the output current can be 4A volts.Based on its basis, it integrates 2 outputs.The output current can be set to 4A.Temperatures greater than 125°C are not allowed.There is a minimum operating temperature of -40°C.During operation, the supply voltage of 35V is its maximum value.This device operates at 4.5V as the minimum supply voltage.The power supply voltage for this device is set to 10μA.
