IXDN602PI Overview
In order to increase flexibility, the package 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) is used.Tube represents the packaging method.For its configuration, it incorporates 2 drivers.It's mounted on the way to Through Hole.In the absence of a 4.5V~35V supply voltage, its superiority can be demonstrated.There is a gate type of IGBT, N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET in this design.For this device, the temperature range is -55°C~150°C TJ.Non-Inverting is used as the input type.Mosfet driver is mounted using the Through Hole method.When designing, the device is configured with 8 pins.Mosfet driver is possible for the output current to be as low as 2A.For its basis, there are 2 outputs integrated.Operating temperatures cannot exceed 125°C.Operating temperatures can be as low as -40°C.35V is its maximum operating voltage.A supply voltage of 4.5V is the minimum value required to operate the device.For operation, mosfet gate drivers has 2 channels.
