Gate drivers provides greater flexibilGate driversy to use the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.A packaging method of Tube is used.Gate drivers incorporates wGate driversh 1 drivers for Gate driverss configuration.The device is mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.In the absence of a 4.5V~35V supply voltage, its superiority can be demonstrated.This gate type has a IGBT, N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET design.The allowable temperature range that this device can be operated in is -55°C~150°C TJ.Inverting is used as the input type in this program.Mosfet driver is mounted using Surface Mount.During design, it is configured with 8 pins.In the maximum case, the output current can be limited to 2A.For its basis, there are 1 outputs integrated.This device is capable of delivering 2A current.125°C is the maximum acceptable operating temperature.The allowable minimum value of operating temperature is -40°C.During operation, the supply voltage of 35V is its maximum value.In order for the device to function, the supply voltage must be set to 4.5V.Mosfet gate drivers operates wMosfet gate driversh the supply voltage of 10μA.Mosfet gate drivers is configured wMosfet gate driversh 1 channels for operation.
