IXDI602SITR Overview
The 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package provides greater flexibility.Tape & Reel (TR) is the packaging method.For its configuration, it incorporates 2 drivers.The device is mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.By using 4.5V~35V supply voltage, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of IGBT, N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.This device can operate at temperatures up to -55°C~150°C TJ.Inverting is used as its input type.Surface Mount is the way it takes to mount the device.During design, it is configured with 8 pins.In the maximum case, the output current can be 2A volts.In terms of its basis, there are 2 outputs integrated.There is a maximum operating temperature of 125°C.-40°C is the minimum operating temperature.In order for the device to operate, the supply voltage must be 35V.Its minimum operating voltage is 4.5V.
