A higher level of flexibility is provided by its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.Gate drivers is packaged in the way of Tape & Reel (TR).2 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.Surface Mount is mounted in the way of the device.When the supply voltage is 4.5V~35V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.The gate type on this device is IGBT, N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET.This device can operate at temperatures up to -55°C~150°C TJ.Inverting, Non-Inverting is the input type used in this program.Mosfet driver is mounted using the Surface Mount method.A total of 8 pins are available on the device.In the maximum case, the output current can be 2A volts.Mosfet driver has been integrated wMosfet driverh a total of 2 outputs for Mosfet drivers basis.There is a maximum value of 125°C for the allowable operating temperature.Operating temperatures must not exceed -40°C.The supply voltage of 35V is its maximum value for operation.The supply voltage of 4.5V is its minimum value for operation.
