Its 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package provides greater flexibility.A package of Tape & Reel (TR) has been used.The configuration is supported by 1 drivers.In the direction of Surface Mount, gate drivers is mounted.By using -10V~25V supply voltage, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.IGBT, SiC MOSFET is the gate type used for this design.There is a temperature range for this device of -40°C~125°C TA.CMOS, TTL is used as the input type in this program.
