IX2120B Overview
In order to increase flexibility, the package 28-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) is used.A packaging method of Tube is used.Configuration is supported by 2 drivers.Surface Mount is mounted in the way of the device.When the supply voltage is set to 15V~20V, it can demonstrate its superiority.There is a gate type of IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET in this design.This device allows temperatures in the range of -40°C~150°C TJ.The input type for this program is Non-Inverting.The mount method is Surface Mount.Mosfet driver is possible for the output current to be as low as 2A.The high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) can be up to 1200V.There is a maximum value of 150°C for the allowable operating temperature.Minimum operating temperatures are allowed to be -40°C.Operation of the device is limited to 2 channels.
