A 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package saves space on a board.The way of Tube is employed for telecommunications equipment packing.A Surface Mount-mount is used for mounting the telecom circuit.3 circuits are used in this telecom IC .Reliable performance can be offered when the operating temperature is set at -40°C~85°C.A Surface Mount-axis mounts telecom switching.A 16 pin is included in this telecom interface.Temperature should be set at the minimum value of -40°C to ensure normal operation.In order to maintain normal operation, 85°C must be set at its maximum value.
