CPC7695BATR Overview
In order to save space on the board, 28-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) packages are used.Telecommunications equipment is packed according to Tape & Reel (TR)'s method.Surface Mount is used as telecommunications equipment mounting type.1 circuits are used in this telecom IC .The voltage supplied to 4.5V~5.5V can improve efficiency.The operating temperature set at -40°C~110°C can offer reliable performance.Mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.The telecom interface contains 28 pins.The supply current is 2mA.To offer designers much flexibility, it is powered by 5V voltage.In addition to providing many benefits for designers, it operates using 2mA as a supply current.A minimum temperature value -40°C is set to ensure normal operation.To ensure normal operation, 110°C is set at maximum.Voltage supplied should be 4.5V at least.Telecommunications device is recommended to supply a voltage lower than 5.5V.Normal operation requires that the supply current be kept at 1μA.A resistance of 110Ohm is possible with it.
