Space is saved on the board by using the 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package.Telecommunications equipment is packed in the Tube-way.Telecommunications equipment is mounted using Surface Mount.An 1-circuit makes up this telecom IC .When the voltage for 4.5V~5.5V is provided, improved efficiency can be achieved.Telecom switching is possible to achieve reliable performance when the operating temperature is set at -40°C~110°C.Telecom switching is mounted in the way of Surface Mount.An interface with 16 pins is present on this telecom interface.The supply current is 1.3mA.For designers, it offers a wide range of flexibility as it operates with the supply voltage of 5V.To give designers much flexibility, it uses 1.3mA as the supply current.Normal operation is ensured by setting -40°C to a minimum value.In order to ensure normal operation of the telecom circuit, the temperature is set at the maximum value of 110°C.A voltage of at least 4.5V should be supplied.There should be a lower voltage supplied than 5.5V.Normal operation requires that the supply current be kept at 1μA.This telecommunication product can work with 100Ohm-resistances.
