In order to save space on the board, the 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package is used.For telecommunications equipment packing, the Tube method is used.A Surface Mount mounting type is used.1 circuits make up this telecom IC .The supply voltage of 4.5V~5.5V can increase efficiency.Operating temperatures of -40°C~110°C can ensure reliable performance.The mounting is in the way of Surface Mount.Telecom equipment operates wit h a supply current of 700μA.To give designers much flexibility, it uses 700μA as the supply current.Temperature should be set at the minimum value of -40°C to ensure normal operation.A maximum value of 110°C is set to ensure normal operation.
