16-VDFN Exposed Pad package is used to save board space.Telecommunications equipment is packed in the Tape & Reel (TR)-way.Telecommunications equipment is mounted using Surface Mount.An 1-circuit makes up this telecom IC .When 4.5V~5.5V is supplied wtelecom IC's efficiencyh power, efficiency can be improved.A temperature setting of -40°C~110°C ensures reliable performance.A Surface Mount-axis mount is used.Wit h a supply current of 1.3mA, telecom equipment operates.In addition to providing many benefits for designers, it operates using 1.3mA as a supply current.In order to ensure normal operation, the temperature is set to the minimum value of -40°C.A maximum value of 110°C is set to ensure normal operation.
